Celebracion del Dia de Muertos 2026
📍 1301 E Robinson Ave, Springdale, AR, USA
Now in its twelfth year, Casa de la Cultura Mexicana brings its Día de Muertos celebration to Luther George Park in Springdale, Arkansas. Rooted in a blend of pre-Columbian and Catholic traditions, this Mexican and Mexican American holiday honors loved ones who have passed and welcomes their presence among the living. The gathering features a hands-on arts and crafts area, food and artisan vendors, and a robust lineup of performances by local Latino artists from NWA, including Ballet Folklorico Herencia de México, Sensación Latina, Marcy Chávez X Co Jackie, JP el Alma Vieja, Grupo Folklorico Quetzal, Duo Divinas, Trio Hermanitas Alvarez, and Mariachi Los Potrillos. Community programs leading up to the celebration include art and craft workshops, altar building, and a shared ofrenda at the park. The event is free and family friendly, and everyone is welcome to experience, observe, and participate in the festivities and workshops.
