Lake Atalanta

Built 1936–38 as a New Deal WPA project — the lake is named after Atalanta Gregory, whose family donated the land. Renovated 2016 and connected by trail to downtown Rogers' Railyard Bike Park, so you can start at the lake, ride downtown for coffee, and loop back. Stocked with rainbow trout in winter — don't overlook it as a January fishing spot.
