A fully functioning national park inside a megacity — home to leopards that occasionally wander into residential areas. The Kanheri Caves are 2,400 years old — 109 Buddhist caves cut into basalt. As of 2025 the full ticket (entry + bus + caves) is ~₹503/person (bring cash). Best Oct–April. Closed Mondays.
