Founded by Becky Shaffer, herself placed in foster care at 12 — she started Saving Grace in 2010. Now serves 11 young women at a time at Grace Farms, expanding to 50. 2,000+ volunteers helped in 2024. One of NWA's most intimate volunteer experiences — mentors build genuine year-long relationships with residents.
