PATTERN 1: SATURDAY 6AM
Both cities peak event attendance at 6-9am on weekends. Both die at 11am. Both rebound at 5pm. The shape is identical. We thought Mumbai would be evenings (heat). Wrong. People here wake up earlier than we expected, everywhere.
PATTERN 2: COMMUNITY > WELLNESS > PLANET
In both cities, "community" pillar events (block parties, swaps, meetups) outdraw "wellness" (yoga, runs) by ~30%, and "planet" (cleanups, plantings) by ~60%. Loneliness is a bigger pull than the pollution count. Use this responsibly.
PATTERN 3: HOSTS ARE THE LOOP
Cities don't scale by attendee acquisition. They scale by host activation. Mumbai's growth flipped exponential when we hit 40 active hosts. NWA hit it at 28. After that, the city grows itself.
Same playbook. Different timezones. Both cities still feel like the start.
