Racks by category down the middle of the room, Swap Fashions' own team pricing items live as they came off the pile. No haggling, no guessing what something was worth - their model does that on the spot.

Jackets moved fastest, then denim. A few pieces went straight to the racks and back out again inside the hour. The credit system meant people who brought three good pieces could leave with three different ones, not a straight one-for-one.
WHAT WAS LEFT OVER
Whatever didn't get claimed by the end of the afternoon went into a donation bag rather than back into anyone's cupboard - the point of a pop-up like this is that nothing quietly returns to the pile it came from.
